About Anchor Integrative Psychiatry LLC
Anchor Integrative Psychiatry LLC combines conventional methods such as diagnosing and prescribing medications, with personalized complementary and alternative medicine that have shown through science to be safe and effective such as mindfulness, massages, art therapy and supplements. This approach addresses the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of health.

Anxiety disorders are a group of mental illnesses that cause constant and overwhelming anxiety and fear. Anxiety is a normal emotion, but excessive anxiety can result in clinically significant distress and impairment. It can make a person avoid work, school, family get-together, and other social situations that might trigger or worsen their symptoms.
